CHAD EDWARD BURKLO, died at 7:34 p.m.
April 28, 1997, at St. Rita's Medical
Center. 

He was born Nov. 27, 1975, in Lima to
Harvey and Janet Schaffner Burklo, who
survive in Lima. 

Mr. Burklo was a cIerk at Warehouse Auto
Parts, Lima. He was a graduate of
Northwestern College with an associate's
degree in automotive technology. He was
a 1994 graduate of Bath High School and
ApoIlo Joint Vocational School. 

Survivors also incIude a sister, Tracy
Bilingsley of Cairo, a paternal
grandmother, Evadna Burklo of Lima; and
maternal grandparents, Paul and Jeanne
Schaffner of Delphos. 

He was preceded in death by a paternal
grandfather, Thomas E. Burklo. 

Services will begin at 11 a.m. today at
the Lewis Memorial Chapel of Chiles &
Sona Laman Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave
Underwood will officiate. Burial will
be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial
contributions may be made to charity of
the doner's choice.
